The female mgr. At Eagle Rock store was great. They were out of the item I wanted, so she authorized the cashier to ring up a similar more expensive item at the lower price. That's good customer service.

Actually I love this Ralph's it's always friendly clean and well stocked.
I spent my time at the deli counter I think jai or something helped me..she was friendly super on top of things let me try before I bought etc..I ended up strangely with fried chicken and it wasn't to salty..great taste and fresh.
I did some other little shopping over all great store.

Ralphs and ralphs. Sometimes good. Sometimes you get a rude response for asking where the peanut butter is located.  Oh well. Always better luck next time at Ralph's.

Very good super market. It works until 1:00 a.m. – it is very conveniently for me. Welcoming staff. High level service. Sales and discounts every day

I shop at Ralph's  all the time I enjoy shopping there! Usually I find all the items I'm  looking for. The fruit and vegetables  are usually fresh. I can find catfish fillet  there.
