Great pizza. Had clean and nice bathrooms. Excellent service, took about 15 minutes, but was worth the wait. The waiters are very polite.

Tonight, my family and I went out to dinner at Ledo's in Urbana, Maryland. We have visited this location many times. Our past experiences have been excellent. However, tonight did not go well. We arrived at 5:50 PM, Our server greeted us 10 minutes later and asked us what we'd like to drink and any appetizers. Not long after we get our drinks and appetizers, we ordered the entree's and pizza, around twenty minutes after sitting down.  

From there, we waited and waited... and waited for the pizza to come out. Our server, was apologetic for the wait; but not extremely attentive as she was the only waitress in a dining room filled with people. While waiting for our food, other tables clearly were not getting their food either and were upset. Finally, after waiting an hour and a half, we got our dinner. When everything originally came out, there was no napkins, no silverware, no plates, and half of the meal was still missing. By about 7:40 PM the rest of the food did come out as well as silverware, but not plates or napkins. 

When the check arrived, our waitress continued to apologize as we were unsatisfied. The server stated that "15% will be taken off the check, A salad will be free, and the kids meal will also be free (As Weds is kids eat free)". This was not the case, there was only 15% taken off of the check when it arrived. After the check was incorrect, and we were not getting the discounts that were promised. We requested to speak with the manager of the location to discuss our experience. The manager did not come out to speak with us, he also refused to give the discount that was promised and made us feel unvalued as customers. While the restaurant was busy with carry out and in the dining room, we felt neglected. In the end, we did not get the promised discount and left unhappy with our experience. We will not be coming back to this location in the future.

Great spot, service was amazing. This is my go to location for taking some Ledo Pizza home to PA!

Food and service were just ok.  Cheese steak was flavorless and pizza sauce was watery. Server was slow and not very personable.
