I have had my prescriptions here for over two years now and haven't been disappointed yet. The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! The two pharmacists Hoyt and Alexis are superb. They both are outgoing and friendly. I like how they're filling scrips but listening to what the customer and tech are saying at the register. Hoyt and Alexis will over hear & advise when necessary. Alexis has work very diligent for me and has personally saved me money! How can I not like that? The techs Cody, Nicole and Seth are always on top of their game. Nice friendly and very pleasant. Any time you're dealing with the doctors office, health insures and the pharmacy things can get mixed up and somewhat hectic. But this staff has always listen to and gone further than I would have expected. My only frustration with CVS is when I want to use my phone to re-order my meds it is horrible to work with because it constantly miss understands the numbers being entered. Please review & fixed this problem.

Had meds called into Arkansas CVS. It took HOURS for them to get a verbal to fill the meds. We had vomiting kid and the lady had no sympathy. She had a nasty attitude. If you are out of town and need to get meds transferred find a Walgreens or Walmart! They only got one star because of the ONE person who was nice, Seth.

Pharmacy never has my full order, when I get a text and call to double check, I get there and have to come back another day. This happens each month. Not just every once in a while.

This is THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MIKE the "Pharmacist" if you want to actually call him that is the rudest person EVER!!!! The only reason I gave one star is because there IS a nice young man there named Seth. But I will NEVER step foot inside of that store. Awful awful AWFUL. Find anywhere else to go! And they are also the slowest pharmacy and they aren't even busy. The wait time for a prescription is 2 to 3 hours. Ugh!!!!!!
