Lindsey Garza was fast and knew exactly what she was doing ! I had excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location! I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus into table rock lake and within an hr , I had a brand new iPhone 7 setup and ready to go, they got my old number switched over and had the phone I wanted in stock and all the accessories to go with it! Turned an awful accident into a great experience! Thanks so much Lindsey!!   You deserve to be recognized and should at least  get employee of the month for sure in my opinion! Thanks again!

Brad is so helpful to me. He explained where I understood what my phone is all about. They were patient with me and I appreciate them very much. I been bragging about US Cellular to everyone. Thank y'all so much

I had an amazing experience! I walked in and they were so very helpful! They set me up with an amazing phone plan and Shawn did a fantastic job helping me.

I had problems in the past at the store so I was very hesitant to come to this location but the rep that I got his name was Brad and he was fantastic he informed me that it's going to be a whole new crew and things will change for the store and I could really tell because he gave me fantastic customer service and now I'm not hesitant at all to come back to this location and see Brad and the new crew everyone was so friendly!! If your looking for a great deal on phone service come see this location! Other carriers can't compare.
