Consistently out of stock. Discriminatory staff. Instead of helping you with the clearly displayed makeup samples. Which I needed. They asked me to leave. Went to whole foods and bought what I needed. Worth the extra money for fully stocked items and better treatment.

The staff is stupid!  This staff worker served alcohol to minors didn’t even card the girl. She looked like she was 19 and blond. Bought a 6 pack of beer of modelo and two bottles of vodka: skyy and kettle one . You would think since you are by a college the staff would be more trained to spot fake ids and actually check ids. Ridiculous!

Staff is rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. They continuously rejected my valid foreign passports for alcohol purchases. Furthermore, they wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to print pictures. This is because nobody on staff  knew the password to the computer. Sad.

Refused to sell me alcohol even though I presented a REAL North Carolina drivers license, simply on the basis that I looked young. Lady at the register was condescending and rude.

The pharmacy manager Paul Newton PhD was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. 

Urgent care made a mistake and only sent over one of the two prescriptions I needed to help with walking pneumonia. When I was only handed antibiotics, Paul Newton PhD said in a sarcastic tone, "they think this will cure you." What is that supposed to mean Paul Newton PhD?! I asked about the inhaler. He looked at me like I was an idiot and said, "well are you going to call or what?" I called urgent care, and they told me to ask the pharmacist to call them. Paul Newton PhD scoffed at that idea and even talked about how stupid a suggestion it was with the other pharmacist. Note: the right thing to do is to maturely explain to the customer/patient why that's not possible. So, I called urgent care again. They said they would call Paul Newton PhD right away. Then the phone rang, and he didn't answer. I would maybe have understood if it was busy. But, I was and had been the only person there. So, I left and will take my wheezing elsewhere from now on.
