I like to call in ahead and have my order ready. A great pharmacy everyone there is nice.

I have went there twice. Each time my prescription was ready in less then 20 mins.  It takes over an hour at Walgreens for the same prescription.

I have only half completed my experience at Drate Pharmacy so I can't write a full review at this time. I can go ahead and comment on my experience so far. 

I went to my Dr for an appt on Wed and they were to send over my prescription to Drate that day as I was leaving. I got to Drate and asked if they had received it. They had not but were very nice and informed me that it might take 15-20 minutes for it to show up. After 40 minutes, they were very kind and helped make calls to the person that should have sent it over as well as to the clinic itself. Neither calls were answered, which was of no fault of the pharmacy themselves.

After finding out that I would have to wait until the next day for the prescription to be sent over (now after hours at the clinic), I went home and called back the next afternoon. Drate Pharmacy was nice with letting me know they still had not received it, so I called the clinic back. The next day (now Friday) I call to confirm they got it, which they did. I mentioned I would be back the next day to pick it up. I forgot to ask for the hours while on the phone, but had seen them online here so I didn't think it mattered. This is where I went wrong.

On Saturday, I get over to Berkeley from San Francisco arriving at 4pm to find the place closed. The hours in the window stated 10am-3pm for Saturdays (with M-F as 9am-7pm and closed on Sundays). Found here online, the Saturday hours were shown as 9am-7pm just like for weekdays. 

Again, I didn't ask them directly for the hours which I should have done before wasting a few hours of my time and about $8 to take BART there and back, but I saw the information on this page which showed "From the owner" and had thought that they were the ones to put the hours of the pharmacy on this site. I will be checking to see if I can change them myself, but if not, be warned that the Saturday hours listed are NOT CORRECT and the current ones are those that I have written above.
