The reason I give a 3star is it's been a journey and the lady few years have been VERY trying. So much so I investigated leaving. But there are a few staff of lately that have been polite, helpful and understanding. So I will continue to work with them.

All CVS locations do not operate at the same efficiency. Although the staff in the pharmacy is friendly (most of the time), there’s almost always a ridiculously long wait or something is wrong with my prescription. The drive-through window is even worse when it comes to wait time (usually. If they even notice you’re there). Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, but I’ll be moving my prescriptions to another location.

This pharmacy is hands down the worst pharmacy I have been to in my life. It's a shame that they are so busy, but there are 8+ individuals working behind the counter and they still can't seem to get it together. I was given incorrect information, mistaken for another customer, and was told my prescription would be ready the next day after 4 and it hadn't even come in with a shipment. The pharmacy staff needs some serious customer service skills because they are either rude or have no idea what's going on. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The staff in the front of the store is friendly and always helpful, but the pharmacy staff is awful.

Pharmacy has a broken 2nd drive thru window that has no sign on it. One manager told me the vacuum chute was broken and the intercom did not work. Another staff person said it’s only a drop-off site not a pick-up. They can’t get their story straight. Also they forgot twice to give measured dispensing tool for liquid medication. I prefer Walgreens, the #1 rated pharmacy.

Pharmacy help was great! Had an emergancy for my Dad and they got on the phone and got what we needed transfered from California! Thank you
