Staff was beyond exceptional. The manager here took care of my issues and got me a tablet that I didn’t know I was eligible for. I live an hour away from this location but it was definitely worth the drive for the great customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The sales rep said he could help me out and then proceeded to lock me out of my account and insisted I wait on the phone for two hours to speak with customer service to let me back into my account while he proceeded to help another customer. He was rude and and flippant.

First off This isn't a Authorized Retailer Prices are  Ridiculous  Jacked are set by owner  & why?  Cause the lowest Handset was What & why I say what I Do So therefore don't waste time & effort screwing with this store Yeah I Said it rips people off How does he sleep at night?  Well this is One customer who know better than to Get played  yeah Well Who's playing now???  Yeah  Please don't be Dupped just cause there's a sign that Has Verizon wireless name on it it's Building doesn't mean you're dealing with  Independently Owned Franchise Store Is This Owner website  not my Video I Uploaded posted  April -3-2017 Chagrin Blvd Beachwood Ohio  You're better off of else wise You're gonna pay to much get ripped off
