Buyer beware!! I paid for them to package, insure, and ship a fragile item. It broke in transit. They paid to replace the item, then charged me TWO AND A HALF TIMES the original shipping charge to ship it a second time. $220!! I told them I already paid for them to ship it. The clerk replied, "we'll take care of it." Then took it out of my reimbursement which wasn't ready for weeks, then said I agreed to it. The owner does not care and the manager has done nothing to help.

My package was delayed in getting to me, through no fault of anyone in particular. I needed this package on the day it was scheduled for delivery. I got emotional at the sheer frustration of UPS' central customer service line I was on the phone with, and a particularly stressful week. This office's staff went above and beyond at the end of their day to track my package, the driver, and coordinate delivering it to my apartment just 30 min later outside of working hours. Excellent customer service and I am incredibly grateful.
