Why is the line so long to drop off a prescription? Or pick up one, it seems like the same car is sitting in front of the window for like seven minutes. It’s supposed to be quicker than going inside. I am did up going inside because I gave up on the drive-through to drop off my prescription. Now I’m coming back to pick it up and we’re still standing still just like when I came by the first time. Rite Aid is super fast not so much for CVS.

I called in a RX for Magic Mouthwash and gave my date of birth and everything needed somehow when I went to pick my RX up they couldn't find it then all of a sudden they do and I pay for it never looking at the RX and it's for a different person with the same name but different date of birth and address. So I call and the lady tells me well you have to bring it back so we can take it off of her account and put it on yours so I try to be the good person and take the paper back so that their system is updated since this obviously was their mistake and end up hurting myself. The RX I paid for at first was $12.71 and after it was corrected it went up to $19.69 why not just take the $6.98 that was the difference instead they refund (still not on my card) the $12.71 and then charge my card $19.69 which caused me to overdraft. I am livid. Never had a problem before but this is just uncalled for now I'm stuck with bank fees and all they can say to me is we don't know how long it takes for the refund to get back on your card.
