Overall, the store is like any other Lowe's. As for the personnel, they all seem to be pretty friendly and helpful. My gripe, however, is with ordering online and picking up in the store. It's a 36 mile round trip for me to this store. I use online discounts to order that I can't use in the store. One would assume that whoever picks your order would, at the very least, have to scan it to verify what they're picking matches what you've ordered and to take it out of their inventory. I accept partial blame for not verifying exactly what they picked but I shouldn't have to go through every single item in an order with multiple items. That's THEIR job. This time I get all the way home to open a multi-pack of batteries to see that they pulled a pack of AA batteries instead of the AAA that I ordered. Not two weeks ago, I ordered several totes of different sizes and manufacturers along with several other items. I started to use them a couple days later to find out they had put the wrong sized lids in my order. Just a couple seconds of their time to pay attention to what they're doing would save their customers a great deal of headache along with time and money spent exchanging wrong items for what they actually ordered!

I have been pleased with this Lowe's store. I ordered some work at my house and was pleased with it. I have also bought other things here. They are helpful and responsive to the customer.

They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and very fast.

The guy making copies of my keys was condescending and didn't know what he was doing. He also stopped to carry on conversations with his co-workers that were not work related instead of finishing up my copies. It literally took 20 minutes to have one copy of a key made because of his incompetence.
