My main complaint is about their pharmacy... For month now I have needed the same prescription filled same time every month. They tell me my prescription is in and its ready for pick up.  When I go down to pick it up they say it's not ready and come back tomorrow.  The pharmacy techs are always clueless when I arrive, they are nice but clueless. Very unprofessional, not one of them can ever get my prescription straight. They NEVER make a effort to fix the problem EVER. The techs that's have tried to assist me don't  know how to work their computer system. I have had one rude employee in the store outside of pharmacy, everyone else has been nice. Nice don't cut it.

I don't know about the Pharmacy,  but the actual customer service from the CVS staff is amazing! The manager is very helpful and definitely puts the customers first. I had a photo issue and they were very accommodating.

Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful.  Always have to wait over an hour too  get a refill completed.

They are very unprofessional, rude. Never have medication ready. They tell you it’s ready when you go to pick it up it’s not ready etc
