Wow these people are just like their inventory.. GARBAGE!!! 
Was looking for $150
Brought in 2 kiteboarding kites 2018 models that I paid $1700 for.
The clueless and sarcastically snotty dark haired woman pointed me to the door.
Terrible attitude and totally blind to what's actually valuable these days haha

HORRIBLE!!!  I came in with a very nice watch. I have the receipt that SHOWS I paid 449 euros. About $500. It has never been warn, and like I said, I have the proof. The lady took my info first which made me think it was a go since she was taking it and I told her I wanted $100 loan on it. Only need $50 though. After waiting she then says no.. She said the watch went for $33 dollars in some bidding war. You could see in her eyes that watch was worth way more. I have not had food in 4 days. I'm a disabled veteran and was going to come back on the 1st. So I guess I get to starve another day. I don't know how much more of this I can take, I just need something to eat!! She offere only $5!!!!! Thats a insult!! Don't go there! They seem to only be in the buisness of helping the neighborhood drug thief and not people who work hard for what they have and have fallen on hard times due to no fault other than life. Prolly good people, Idk, but whatever.

My review was under a different Manager, thinks have changed alot there are some new faces it's gotten alot better. My only thing I don't like is the Home office started this whole new thing. You can't negotiate an item, it's marked down as time goes on. I think this a big mistake on corporate. I bought alot from the Palm Bay location the Manager knew I was looking for a certain guitar. I went there alot sometimes stuff comes out and sells quick. I hadn't been in for almost a week he called me and told me to come by he had the guitar I was looking for. This guy kept it in his office for 5 day's waiting on me. Not only did I get it he gave me a great price. I've been buying stuff from pawn shops for 30yrs, when I first moved to Titusville it was the worst chain pawn shop I'd evwe been in. I can tell you it's so different now, the new manager has been in the business awhile he gets it. If you ask an Independent Pawn Shop owner he would people come in get a loan pay the juice for a few month's and pick their stuff up. But two I know personally in Orlando they don't mark up very much both would rather turn and burn. The longer you have you are more likely to take a loss or make very little. Everyday it sits 1st it gets older and less vauleable also it tied up money. Trust me it's way better but the no negotiating thing might be an issue. A little birdie told me some competition is coming to town. It will be a big store they have deep pockets and a ton of experience. It's going to be very interesting manager's and some employee's can make a deal/negotiate with. These guy's have a great business concept, I respect the two main guy's to much to say any more. But people who haven't been to A-1 in a while you should check it out they do get some pretty cool stuff. I raised my rating deleted my old post I believe you should be fair

Do not buy any tools from this business. Apparently they buy nail guns without making sure they work and then sell them to hardworking people for them to figure it out. I will make sure to tell all the contractors and other people in construction to never shop here
