The worker's of Sprint have all been very friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed my switch over from at&t and so far very happy with my decision to make the change.

I would give zero stars if possible. The employees here move at the speed of slow, and don't appear to have any knowledge of the product they sell. The manager let me and the elderly friend I was trying to help, sit there for over an hour, while she played on her cell phone and took inventory. Didn't even bother to ask us what type of help we were looking for. Had she done just that, we could have been in and out in 5 minutes. We left, service was cancelled, and I went to Walmart and bought a jitterbug, so at least my friend can call for help if he needs it. I will tell everyone I know of my experience, you can rest assure.

Much less... electronics...

Had good employees,  but can seem to keep them. Newer employees not very responsible or reliable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They got me setup with the bogo for the S7 Edge. Every time I go in they are ready to help and eager to ensure good news with my bill, features, costs, and more. Certainly doing it right. They got me to switch.
