I have never had an issues with this cvs. I usually drop off at the window and go inside to pick up. I also get text alerts which is great so i know exactly when to come! always well staffed too. a great cvs!

Wow! I'm shocked by these reviews. I get eight prescriptions there (family of 5) monthly and I love the staff! So helpful and always courteous. We especially love Katie, a pharmacy tech. She is intelligent and beyond helpful. I wait for prescriptions occasionally, but I go inside to drop off. That way, I'm standing right there when they enter it into the insurance computer. If it gets approved by my insurance right away, usually does, I get my prescription in ten minutes. It's close, convenient, and I would never go anywhere else!

Excellent store, great people. Has been for years. The bad reviews are by idiots who thrive on hurting others.

Island of Misfit Pharmacists. Slow, incompetent, and arrogant, they will let you down every single time. They take hours to fulfill even the simplest of pre-packaged orders. They mysteriously had no knowledge of the last prescription my doctor called in. And it will be the LAST, as in taking my business elsewhere.

Just not nice people in the pharmacy. Switch to Giant Eagle. They are friendly and fast.
