Marcus at the Tanglewood, Bainbrodge store spent patiently a good amount of time assisting me with several needs - some personal and some with our company account which needed considerable updating.  He was knowledgeable about what to do and was very professional and patient with our many needs.

Had a great experience at this Verizon store. Our salesman, DJ,was extremely helpful and patient. I actually returned later in the day with questions and he helped me set up my system. Excellent service. Six stars

I had a "phone emergency" this week, and DJ and his staff took care of me quickly and efficiently.   They are always extremely helpful, and very pleasant to work with.   I have always been very satisfied with the professionalism of DJ and his staff.
