Well today I walked into the Verizon store and felt welcomed. Branden, the store manager, was very polite and treated my family and I with respect. Will recommend this store and Branden to anyone.

Ordered an upgrade on Monday (Memorial Day), was told the phone would arrive within 2 days.  I was told that the extra $30 i paid was, in part, to pay for Fed Ex shipping to my home.  I called on Wednesday and was told the phone had just arrived - AT THE CHAGRIN STORE.  The person I spoke with told me that because the phone had arrived after 3pm that they had missed the opportunity to send the phone to me overnight.  (I then checked the fedex website and found out the phone had actually arrived at their location at 1pm - not "after 3pm").  I was then told to expect the phone by Friday, or Saturday - but "if it doesn't come by Saturday, it will definitely arrive by Monday".  Today is Monday, and no phone.  In the several times i've been to the Falls, I have never seen anyone in the store, and now I know why.  Obviously the locals know better...
