The staff has always been friendly and understanding even though they are obviously over-worked. They've saved me money by going the extra mile to get things approved or helping me to find coupons. A great bunch of people here.

My sick 3 year old, who was running a 102 fever, was refused service today. After spending the day at the ER, we pulled up at the Grovetown, GA CVS with her prescription at 5:25 pm on 9/3/16. We was greeted by a younger light skinned black female with longer hair. My husband handed her the prescription, and she said they were closing in 35 minutes and were unable to fill it. He explained she was running a 102 fever and needed it. She said it didn't matter and we needed to use another pharmacy because they were closing in 35 minutes and she refused service. We had to drive 20 minutes away with our really sick daughter. She had to wait that much longer for her antibiotic. If we had pulled up 5 minutes before, I would have understood, but the pharmacy wasn't closing for another 35 minutes. I have been a customer of CVS pharmacy and store for many years, but this is my last visit. I am absolutely shocked by the customer service received today.

This is worst CVS I have every been too!!!! they are very slow!!, and have got to be the rudest people I have ever met. I use CVS at Belair and Columbia Rd. The staff know me by name and are extremely friendly. The CVS Pharmacy in Grovetown needs to be closed or replace the Staff. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever visited. Upon arriving home, I realized that half of the pills that were to be picked up were missing. 30/60 pills just happened to have vanished at the hands of the CVS pharmacy worker, who I'm sure is QUITE happy to have a recreational supply of half of my prescription of Klonopin that I NEED. In addition to this, when I returned to the store to confront them about the situation, it was found that there was ANOTHER prescription for Klonopin written in my name that I did NOT order. All-in-all, some pill popping druggie now has 90 Klonopin pills, and is likely in charge of the medecines your children take. I would stay far far FAR away from this pharmacy, as they obviously, not only do not CARE for their customers, but will outright steal from and then BLAME them for the "missing" pills that were stolen at the hands of shifty employees.
