When I first moved to Grovetown I stumbled across this place and thought I would check them out. After trying one of their house juices I was hooked. From then on I only went to them for juice. Well last week they were out of house juice and the gentleman recommended one of their premium juices. I was kind of hesitant as it was almost double what their house juice cost and I couldn't open it to smell  the flavor but I needed something to get me by and there aren't any other vapor stores in the area aside from that one by AMPM but I would never set foot in there so I purchased the liquid. The premium juice was way thicker than their house even though both are an 80/20 mix. In a matter of five days I had gone through three wicks because of this juice. It was too thick and my cotton wasn't absorbing it so my Wicks were burning out. I called the store and explain the situation to them. The gentleman who answered agreed that the premium juices did look thicker. So I asked him if he would be willing to exchange out the premium juice for a house juice once it came in. He said no and blamed some regulation rule. I called the store that I used to buy my juice from and ask them if that was true to which they said no. They even offered to exchange out the juice I got from groovy Town Vapors for one of theirs. Guess I will be going back to my old vapor store. I went an entire year with not one issue with you guys. Spending hundreds of dollars. But you can't even back one bottle of defective juice. Thanks for your great customer service groovy Town Vapors.

Never been rmore happy with a business. I write a very long praise in comments but I don't see it now... Guess it didn't load properly.
I suggest this business to EVERYONE, I will not ever go to s different store unless I moved away and had to. I'm treated life family, and I wish I could do anything to show just how much I appreciate everything about them!
