I came in to purchase a battery and a mirror. The employee wanted to argue about what kind of car I drove and was very rude. I waited over an hour with my child to get the battery installed. The guy said he had to "get his line down" before assisting me although I had already paid.  He was very condescending. He brought the wrong battery out to the car so I had to do another transaction to pay the difference and then wait even longer. I had to call to follow up on my order for the mirror that I had purchased and was told by the same person no such order existed. After asking him to look again since I had a receipt he "found" it. He told me they wouldn't install the mirror even though when I purchased it I was told it could be installed. The mirror had been sitting there for a week and no one  called to let me know it had arrived. He said "we don't do that".

Road work is making it hard to get to the location. Prices are better at autozone.

Semi knowledgeable workers. I've never had much of an issue ordering parts. The help is friendly.
