Just not sure what to think about this pharmacy. I had a reasonably okay experience while obtaining a previous script (inexperienced but nice staff member) and then a negative one this past time. When I was charged a nominal amount for the prescription, I asked the clerk to make sure it was the brand name for that drug. She assured me that yes, that's what the doctor ordered; I later discovered that it's the generic version, exactly what I didn't want and what wasn't prescribed. Moreover, when I called a moment ago, the pharmacist heard my concern, told me to come back in, didn't sound surprised, leading me to conclude that this happens a lot -- and didn't apologize for their error. Will go somewhere else after this.

I just left CVS drive thru and again had a bad experience. I spend a lot of time and money at my "neighborhood store" and I feel like I should be treated respectfully and courteously every time I am there. My most recent experience was with an employee in the drive- thru that was so rude. I pull up , push the button, and wait. There was a silence after the recorded info was interrupted by the employee who was speaking away from the microphone . I asked was,he saying something and he quickly and sharply opened the window and asked my " last name first name?" Then DOB. No hello, no smiling, he then went and retrieved a script and just handed me a small clipboard with a paper for me to sign w/o even speaking on why, what it is? Do I have any questions. Etc. And the whole time with a crap attitude! This pharmacy has been going downhill for a while now ...the whole are is actually...I have been going here for 20+ years and I am appalled at the behavior of these employees that I have encountered. I'm just not going back. I!m sick of it!

Went there to pick up my prescription. Stood in a long line and when it was my turn, they didn't have my insurance info. Had to get into 3 different long lines before transaction was complete. Ridiculous! Not first time I had issues with this pharmacy. My wife feels the same. Will go somewhere else from now on.
