Unprofessional. Avoid the pharmacy... The staff kept me on hold for 15 minutes before I was able to ask my simple question. So I called back and mentioned what just happened. She interrupted me without an apology. Then put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Someone else picked up not knowing I was already speaking to someone. She didn't apologize either and had a very unpleasant attitude.
