Rented skis, boots and poles here for a weekend of skiing.  I was very happy with the equipment I rented. The rental rates were much less than renting at a resort.  Received comments that skis and boots did not look like typical rentals.  I was more than satisfied with the equipment performance on the slopes.  It was nice to rent on a Friday afternoon and return the rentals on Monday morning and only  be charged for 2 days usage.

This place was terrible...I rented a pair of skis, boots, and poles for a day trip.  All went well until I actually tried out the skis...so bad.  They were so bad I had to rent another pair at the mountain.  Edges were shot, boots had 0 support..it honestly felt unsafe.

I tried to get a refund the next day when I dropped off my rentals at sport loft (brought receipt proving I had to rent another set), and the guy blew me off.  He took down my number and said a manager would call me, which she never did.  Tried going in a couple times, she was never there.  Tried calling a few more times, she never returned my call.  Eventually gave up...
