The pharmacy is ALWAYS super busy, so you would think that the staff would be jerks. You would be wrong. They are what make me feel better before I even get my prescription. They are quick to take care of me and are sympathetic to my needs when I am ill. I love this group for always taking such good care of me :)

Won't answer the phone. So slow. Not sure if it's the manager or if CVS will not let them work enough employees to keep up with the customers demand.

They are fast and have a variety of things. They also have a red box movie station.

This place is a joke. Always long lines to pick up your prescriptions. Understaffed and the take way too long to get your prescriptions ready. You'd think CVS could afford to employ more people.

Worst pharmacy ever. Both times I have put in prescriptions it has been a 3 to 4 hour wait time. Also, when calling up there to see if the prescription was ready I was put on hold for 30 minutes. Then they said the prescription was still not even entered into the system. This was almost 4 hours after putting it in. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other CVS on 174 and John Jones. They always have the prescription filled in 15 minutes.
