My husband had a blowout, and it was close to closing time, so I called.. Told them we were on the way, could we still get our tire fixed? They let us in a few minutes after closing time, to help us out!! And THANK GOODNESS for the warranty on our tire!! It only cost us the price for a new warranty.. 🤗

My account screen at Discount Tire is so big, that when I give them my phone number to look me up, they have to scroll past the first two screens just to get to the current vehicles in our family. Free rotations? Let's be honest here folks: What's not to love about a FREE ROTATION ~ am I right? Great warranty on the tires. I even had a stubborn tractor tire that wouldn't go back on the rim & they helped get it back on and aired up.

Purchased new tires from here, they balanced and rotated my whole set. My wheel started to shake at 75+mph. I called in to get my car in, the man on the phone said "cmon down we have a small wait but we can get you in within the hour." An hour later, I'm still sitting there and my lunch break was up so I went back to work on a shaky wheel. This has happened 3 TIMES SO FAR, and they always tell me to come on down. What a waist of time, gas and money.

I needed 4 new tires. They have an awesome sale going on this weekend. The best part was my dad paid for the tires out of state at his local discount tire and all I had to do was bring my car in. The store was full of customers but I was in and out in less than a hour without an appointment. The cost was $100 less than at Walmart and Firestone. I'm totally happy with my experience, Thanks Discount Tire Store in Burleson!
