We thought they were closed when we pulled up. It was 7:00 on a Tuesday and hardly anyone there. Bought some shirts.

Made up fake laws . Thought I was recording in store when I was just trying to take a pic of a necklace for a friend and send on a new phone. likely they didnt want me to record as they were being awful to my mother who is hispanic as one of the staff mumbled some interesting racist slurs. Lied about how to pay refused to answer questions . They don't know how their gift cards work for online purchases wouldn't take discounts that are accepted online got down right rude when we asked how to pay online because we were not getting anywhere in store and it too 20 minutes for them to answer 1 question because they would rather have an argument than just tell us where the pin number was on the gift card. After asking REPEATEDLY they admitted it was on their and then lied again about how online works. We went out in the parking lot ans ordered our stuff online! no issue! and faster than the staff rang us up! . Racist mumbles from staff when questioned about how come they will not accept 3 coupons in store rather than online changed their story several times. Refused to answer questions. Again this was the Manager and the rest of the staff and not one could behave correctly. this is not my first issue with this establishment and frankly if i didnt have a gift card i wouldnt go. The two old women are WELL known for taking literal hours to ring up 2-3 peopler. Staff are no where to be seen but the front desk half the time. not worth the hassle . I've witnessed them following people as they walk through the front door and people have asked them to stop and yes they are african american or hispanic when they do this some are families!

Sometimes the lines are real long but for the most part they open up another register to compensate, not always.
