Staff are consistently late to work, the problem has yet to be solved. Very frustrating that it doesn't seem to be an issue that staff are late to open the store in the mornings.

I called 3 times to ask if they carried light cream - Walgreens's  (my first choice), doesn't carry dairy products around here. 
Cream?!!! After 1 hang-up, 1 time being left on the phone for longer than 7 minutes, I finally reached a clerk who knew what their inventory was.
The dairy case is to the right of the cashiers. How could they not know?

This is a pretty normal CVS. Tons of parking. It is unfortunately one of the only convenience stores walking distance from Washington square - just a hair closer than its sibling store in Cleveland Circle and the Walgreens on Harvard Street. 
The Brookline Village CVS store still has cashiers instead of self checkouts.
