Had 3 cans of cat food to check out and the girl at the register put the"next register please" sign up so I had to get in line behind a customer that had about 40 small items with coupons accorfingly.  Decided to withdraw my purchase and went down a mile to walgreens, where the manager opened a new register to attend to me even tho I was only the second in line.  Left happy from walgreens .  Couldn't gethelp i would still be in that line at CVS

Not sure what her name is but one of the pharmacy technician lady has an horrible attitude problem and needs more customer service training.
She is giving an bad name to a great pharmacy that my family has been using for many years.

My family and I just did a curbside pick up.  It was the most terrible thing that happened ever.  The person named SHARON NICHOLSON was hollering at my sister about a missing item lying that it was in the bag and it was not.  Needless to say, I am calling corporate to report this nasty person.  She should not be dealing with the public period.
