Needed stockings for a heart condition. They gave me one and said they needed to order the other. People's private medical info was laying out everywhere. The store was a mess. When the second pair was finally delivered, there were two instead of one...all the wrong size, style, and color. Then, after searching they told me that they don't sell the ones I need (but I'd already picked one pair up?). Came back with the box to show them exactly what it was. Now, more than two months later, and still waiting. First they claimed they "disposed of" my prescription, and when I questioned HIPPAA and the requirement of keeping medical records, it turned into "we lost it." I would go somewhere else, but they already billed my insurance for it (apparently fraudulently). If you're going here because they're local, you're probably better off to use a mail order- by the time you measure, receive, try on, return, and get everything straightened out in the right size...I'll probably still be waiting on my second pair of stockings...

with the old owners they were a little slow at times. the customer service surely was far better. since the new owners took over, the whole place sucks. the pharmacy , the pits. The medical supplies, 2nd pits. The delivery section , you wait 3 days or more for your supplies. they lie and say its on the truck for delivery, no delivery. took one week for medicine one time. My advice. Change. if enough customers start changing to other pharmacies they might get the message.

Was supposed to receive my blood pressure equipment in January. However, I work so im not sitting at home waiting for a delivery. 2 failed delivery attempts in one week with no prior communication. Just a voice message saying "We are at your address trying to deliver your blood pressure equipment". I spoke to the driver and informed him of the day that i would be available to have my things delivered, which was that next day, a friday, at 2 pm. And guess what? No delivery. Yet they attempted ANOTHER delivery on a day i wasnt home AGAIN with no prior communication. I dont understand how this delivery system works but to say i am dissatisfied is an understatement. I work in customer service and if things are being shipped out, i let my customers know when to be on the lookout for their items. Here we are, in March, and im due in May and i still havent heard anything back from them or had my equipment delivered.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with, they never informe you on what's going on with feeling in your meds they never call you if its a problem with getting your meds, they never have any answers for you but the pharmacist Brandon say they do not have the time to call people to let them know what's going on with their meds.. I will never go back there again it's been 2 years dealing with the same things from them and they still haven't found a better way to help and make sure their customers are being taken care of...

I am not gonna be a customer after today. The customer service of majority of their workers ( billing and medical supply) are extremely rude. They talk to you any kind of way and hang up on you. Today my doctors office must have sent them a prescription for extra urine bags so when the lady called me she was telling me about the bags and I told her they were extra so I could have them in case of emergency. She proceeded to tell me my insurance didnt pay for extra which is ok with me. So I told her about the type of catheters that they were sending me were the wrong ones and that I had called several times to have them changed to the right kind. She tried to tell me because the type of catheters that I was using in 2009 was these catheters and it was in my history ( mind you I was sent to jail in 2009 and didnt get out until 2015) that those were the ones they were going to continue sending even though my prescription for a different type was given. So before I could ask for a supervisor she hung up on me because she was wrong. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and upon talking to him he tried to tell me the catheters that were on my prescription my insurance didnt pay for, which was a lie because these catheters are something that I need. So instead of arguing with him I asked him to give me the insurance number and he gave me the wrong number. I looked up Medicares number and called and asked if my insurance covered the right kind ans he told me yes. So they continuously lied about something that I need to survive. This isnt the first time stuff has happened with this pharmacy. Im done. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. I pray they continue to lose business until their customer service is up to par.
