This is one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I have terrible flu, and I wanted to get some behind the counter Sudafed. They scanned my license and then the system shut down. So my license is marked as if I got the Sudafed but I actually did not get it, because their system glitched. When I asked for help, they implied it was my fault because I put my card in to early to the payment system. This is ridiculous. Using a credit card payment process is not complicated: it should not glitch because I inserted my card seconds before I was supposed to. They were very unhelpful and did nothing to try to make it right. Very disappointing
