I sat and waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me in electronics. There were a group of employees huddled up talking and laughing instead of assisting customers. I asked them if anyone could help me at the station and they told me there is someone at the register which it wasn’t. Then I went back and asked them can anyone just come open the case for me and they told me the woman was in the back. I waited longer and she still didn’t come help me until I had to ask another employee to go get her. This occurred on March 9, 2018 at 7:00am.
