I have been to the store numerous times.  They never have they had the rx....which I know was called in because I did it myself.  Then they never have the insurance info - which I use every month. When you give them the card they can't enter it right and tell you you need a different - which you don't.   I call before I go to make sure it is ready but they never ever answer - on hold for over a half hour today.  I could go on bit that explains it.

I've used this pharmacy for years, and the service has been fine. I've had my share of crises, forgetting to renew etc, and the people are always considerate, helpful, patient, and understanding.

After arriving at CVS and first being told that her prescription was not ready, even though she'd received a confirmation email that it was ready, my daughter waited over 2 hours for them to fill the prescription, only to then be told that it would not be ready until the following day.  She was treated horribly and without regard for her time. Do not use this CVS if you expect to receive decent treatment.
