Drive through pharmacy is no different to regular pharmacy. You still have to wait for all the checks to be done and medicine preparation which with CVS can take up to fourty minutes. It would have been better to have called it "drop off and collection....eventually" pharmacy. 
This particular pharmacy staff is short unfriendly and can be rude. However It does not surprise me as it was short staffed as most CVS pharmacies are. It will never cease to amaze me how CVS is adamant to provide efficient and professional customer service while continuously understaffing their pharmacies. Very unappreciative of their employees.
