Family Plaza Pharmacy is located at the Jordan Valley Medical Center. We are in the Southridge Plaza on the Northeast corner of the campus.

While visiting us take advantage of our free blood pressure checks and a helpful system to organize your medications. If you or someone you know is a diabetic, we also carry many items from our Diabetes Shoppe.
