N Ludlow CVS is now my preferred pharmacy. Until today, I disliked and would avoid CVS - actually I have been to CVS 2x in last 15 years. Today I phoned 6  pharmacies (Cosco, Meijer, Kroger, Walgreens...) and twice phoned 32 N Ludlow.  I spoke to two different pharmacy techs at 32 N Ludlow who were polite, thorough, and even proactive in answering my questions. Because of those techs, I have chosen this CVS to be my preferred pharmacy. Here is hoping the pharmacist are as good as their techs :)  I never thought I would return to CVS, let alone this one closes at 6 and has no parking lot....  but I am soooo excited I found them.  I will post again if the experience changes... otherwise it is 5 stars by me
