Friendly staff, never too long of a wait.  But located in a horrible place in the store. For elderly or the disabled, it would be difficult to get in & out easily & quickly. And there is no drive-thru option

you have to fill thru them, yet they put your meds on hold, and won't send them to you, but if you don't go thru them because your employer has a contract with them then you get to pay the full amount. They have had my prescription on hold for 3 weeks REALLY?

We go to cvs in our home town. We were traveling and my wife's Rx needed refilled. The Rx is a controlled substance. Because we were our of town, the refused to fill the much needed Rx. 

I implore you to stop going to this cvs! They refused to look up in their system that she had filled this Rx for over a year at our hometown cvs!

Although they didn't have what we were looking for, they directed us where to find it and it was close not across town. Super friendly staff
