Super frustrated... I transfered my prescriptions here from costco ( first mistake) because they offer pill packaging...  I expect my prescrptions to be filled properly when working with a professional group.. Today I noticed they gave me the wrong strength on an antirejection medication ( I take 5mg.. they gave me .5mg). I thought there were checks and balences in place to check this sort of thing. This medication is meant for people with kindey transplants so their kbody doesnt go into shock with the new kidney, I take it for a musuclar dystrophy disorder and have been having severe breathing problems for the past week and couldn't figure out why. I am almost certain that the medication decrease is the cause, not only is it unsafe to stop this medicine cold turkey ( take a 4.5 mg drop is basically cold turkey) it can also cause serious issues. I am lucky I didn't end up in the hospital or worse. When I called today their phones kept ringing busy so I called their other location and they said "oh well costco must have transfered an old prescription...." UHHH I have NEVER ever been on .5mg of this medicine. Will be finding another pharmacy.

I have never been to a pharmacy like this before everyone is so very considerate and helpful. It's like being a family. I am from California and don't expect to get service like that there at any pharmacy.

They go out of their way to help you find what you need and to work with your Dr on a medication if it is going to be pricey. I have seen them work with the other "family" pharmacy in town, just to be sure that the patients get what they need,at a reasonable cost.
