I called today to ask if someone else could pick up my prescription and the staff did not answer my questions and rushed me off the phone. Saying goodbye before I could even finish speaking. The rudest staff I have ever spoken to.

I've been coming here for close to a year  and have always received fast and reliable service. They text me to let me know when to refill my prescriptions and when there ready for pickup.

Called to update a prescription. First person who answered put me on hold for a good five minutes, which is understandable if they're busy, but another person picked up and didn't even know why I was on hold. I told her again and she started asking for my information. Even though I was speaking at a loud tone, she kept asking me rudely to speak up and sighing, clearly letting me know she was annoyed. After I gave her some information, she told me that I have to come by to give them my insurance and proceeded to hang up in the midst of my "Thank you" without even saying a goodbye. Probably the rudest over-the-phone service I've ever had.
