Jin (yes, that's how her name is spelled) is one of the rudest people in the pharmacy. She has a major attitude problem. When she applied for her job she must have lied about being good at customer service, because she seems to hate everyone. Other employees tend to ignore you standing in line. If you're at the register and can't help me, then smile and say "Good morning, someone will be with you shortly". Don't stare at me mouth agape and like I am doing something wrong. The friendliest employee there is the lady with red hair (I don't have her name). Deena isn't unfriendly, but she's not friendly, either. I have decided to switch my prescriptions to another store. I feel worthless whenever I pick up my prescription there. Most employees have this "Why are you bothering me?" look on their faces. Sheesh. Excuse me for picking up a prescription.

I have gone to this Walmart for over 20 years and am very happy with the service.  We know all of the employees and they are more than helpful.  They remember our names and will stop whatever they are doing to help.

Jen has a bad attitude and is rude. She needs to respect people or get fired. Other white coat people just ignore you when you say anything, and they all talk under their breath
