Had a prescription that required insurance 
Approval, they faxed it to the insurance about 
2 weeks ago today is January 18 and still 
Nothing from the  insurance and no follow up 
On there part. 
Thank goodness my husband doesn’t have life 
Threatening condition because with this pharmacy he surly would be dead.

After a major mix-up with the doctor's prescription not being clear and concise for Pharmacist Linda - who did all she could to help me - Linda went above and beyond and assigned my 'problem' to an intern pharmacist by the name of Donna who literally spent several hours, over several days, clawing her way through my specialist's office failure to respond and then incorrect and incomplete information AND NEVER GAVE UP! These two women AND Partell Pharmacy deserve all the praise I can offer them. My Sincerest THANK YOU!

I've had a great experience using Partell for over three years.  Their products are always excellent, they worked with my doctor to give me a very custom formulation of a pain medication, and they have the best selection of over the counter supplements in town.  I also use them for mail order when I am at my other address.  They have an excellent consultation service too.
