The pharmacy has somehow messed up literally every time I've tried to pick up a prescription there. The female pharmacist was incredibly rude and short with me and didn't even apologize for forgetting to order my medication in...again. They say they are under new management but still things have not changed.

Called this pharmacy to have them send my prescription renewal to my doctors office (while I still had a week left of my current prescription). They informed me they would sending in the renewal request right away and it would take 3-4 days to hear back from the doctor but then they would fill it. I called 4 days later after not receiving the "your prescription has been filled" notification and they discovered that they forgot to submit the renewal to my doctors office. They then told me not to worry they would send it immediately and would get it back within 3-5 days. I only have 2 days left of medicine at this point and may not get my refill in time thanks to CVS's huge mistake. Pharmacies of all places need to be detail oriented, accurate, and organized. Extremely displeased with the service at this CVS pharmacy and the total lack of care or apology they showed after such a big error. Lesson learned, don't trust your pharmacy, constantly checking up on them is the only way to make sure they do their job right or catch their own mistakes apparently.

Terrible customer service. The people working at the counter are rude, slow, and will sometimes ignore you when standing at the counter. And the Target store in general here is a dump.

The pharmacist, Jessica, at the Hwy 100 location was awesome, gave excellent customer service and took some of her unpaid lunch time to meet my needs. A true helper in a helping field!
