Just an overall terrible experience. Two women stood behind the counter and loudly gossiped about a coworker for the duration of my visit. I was 9 months pregnant with my preschool-age daughter in tow, and midway through my time there, we had to use the bathroom suddenly. I asked them very politely where their bathroom was and they insisted their bathroom was for staff only and told me I'd have to walk to the bookstore next door. Here's a tip: if you're a store that caters specifically to expectant moms or parents with small children, make your bathroom public, however basic it needs to be. I made a conscious decision to not purchase anything there that night and haven't been back since.

I went to three Once Upon A Child stores today to take advantage of the winter clearance sale and this store was by far the most disappointing. On their website they showed pictures of a newly organized store, unfortunately that wasn't the case. I thought that maybe they could've just been swamped due to the sale but then I saw behind the counter and noticed how haphazardly their register/computer equipment was stored beneath the counter and how disorganized their office supplies/paperwork was. These items shouldn't be in disarray even if the store was slammed with customers, sure I would expect there to be piles behind the counter of items brought in to be reviewed, however it seems the management is just naturally disorganized and doesn't care. Thus the store looks the way it does. I've given this store a try two times and decided I won't return again.

My experience was not fun at all. I took a lot of my babys expensive clothing that didnt fit her no more. That place is a ripp off ,they didnt even give me even half of what I had payed for my babys clothes ,they were in perfect condition. They also seemed very rude. Never going there again. Ill rather keep all my babys stuff instead of getting barely nothing out of it.

Wouldn't accept a return for something I bought at another Once Upon A Child. Any other location would have gladly accepted the return. Aside from that... It is a cluttered disaster. Good luck looking through the toys. Thrown everywhere on the floor and shelves.

Messy and disorganized. It made me feel anxious to even be in the store. I found what I was looking for, but I bought it and left as quickly as possible, whereas I usually would have spent some time browsing.
