They are understaffed and not helpful. I waited for thirty minutes with two sick kids after leaving the minute clinic and was told they couldn't get my insurance cards to work and it'd be an hour until they knew if they could take them since they only had two people working five windows. It was already 8:30pm. They said they would call me in an hour with outcome. I still haven't received a call. I am going to Publix where I have never had problems. I was hoping for convenience last night.

My friend is disabled on 3-21-16 this location did not have her pain meds in stock and they did not have them in today 4-10-16 AFTER telling her they would be in on the 8th I would strongly recommend telling your doctor that you refuse to use this store or you may never get your meds unfortunately they have the only drive up in the area and many disabled people find it convenient to not have to get out every month just to get their meds The old days a doctor would call ahead and your prescription would be filled today you walk in with a script and the people look at you like you are a junkie with a fake script even though you are 85 and in a wheelchair If the patient has a legitimate reason to have a script filled for chronic pain then somehow make sure it is filled EACH month instead of going into ordering meds and waiting 3-4 weeks for them to come in every month.

Been put on hold now for 15 minutes, nobody has come back to the phone yet. I have 2 other people with me calling too and same problem, no one will pick up the phones. Horrible customer service, I think I'll use Walgreens from now on. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star!

I swore I would never leave a script for CVS to "hold on file". Unfortunately, I did just that recently and Lo! and Behold! once again they LOST the script so now I have to go through the process of delay by contacting my doctor to issue another script. It is no consolation that the employees are nice about it.. they are still incompetent at what they do.
