One of the clerks working here failed to tell my brother that they were closed, and instead told him to pull up to the drive through window and he would assist him.
Upon doing so, my brother tells him what he wants and when they go to exchange cash for goods the clerk took the money, closed and locked the window, and kept it for himself without returning change or anything..
