I've never had an issue with this location. I've in altamonte springs / longwood for the last 11 years of my life and always rave about my little city, with pride. We almost always have wonderful customer service. People know who you are, here.
But today's was a first for me. 
Merle or something simular to that, whom works in pharmacy is getting a complaint. 
How can you work in a position where people need care and compassion yet not have the ability to care with compassion? I understand store hours may change due to hoilidays. But I don't understand the point in being rude and rushing customers  and thier family members out the door (whom are ill and in pain) for the sake of your early exit. 
If your doors are open to help, don't throw a fit about it. Especially to the customer. 
Highly unprofessional.

Tech can't get order right, happened many times. Doesn't know names of meds. Can never get through on phone..always have to call back. Screwed up my order, omitting one med and getting wrong rx in other. Moving to another pharmacy.
