This is a photobook nightmare. I ordered a photobook online from my local CVS and never heard back. When I called them they said the order was canceled - but they had never contacted me or refunded the money. After speaking with customer service for CVS photo I was able to cancel that order and get my money refunded. I then selected another local CVS to print the photobook. This photobook is not available as a direct mail option. After a few days I called that CVS to confirm the order and they said the machine for printing it would be fixed in 5 days. Now it is a week later and the employee at this store says the machine will most likely never be fixed. Customer service for CVS photo does not seem able to help. I am so frustrated!
The worst photo studio you can ever go to. I took my photos and sent it for my passport and they rejected the photo saying the photo wasn't sharp.
