Not a pleasant experience at all by any means. I came to replace my phone and instead of helping me, they tried to tell me that I needed to purchase a newer one. It would be better if you guys did your job properly.

Great Service! Sales representatives are very knowledgeable. Recommend this store to everyone. Look for the manager name Nahian. He saved me $80 on my bill.

They helped me and enjoyed being there. I stayed longer because I was having fun talking after the phone was fixed.

T-Mobile in Morristown are great team. I had some issues during my stay ,but promt and decisive action by team was ABOVE and BEYOND and I was much APPRECIATED. Omik Z  and team have natural ability to understand and feel my experiencing, and are able to meet my needs effectively. The whole team is young ,very positive  and knowledgeable. I just switch to T-Mobile looking forward for more great deals,service ,connection and experience with them.

The service was quite dismal. I ended up with two data service lines without even asking for them. I ended up at the store on Route 10 and happened to find out that they added them on in the store in Morristown without my knowledge. I was being charged for two months and they called for me and got all the services credited back for me and then some. Very shady business and please avoid this store and that slick crook of a manager Nahian C. Avoid at all costs!!!
