Beautiful selection, definitely not your average pieces on display. I had three questions, they were answered quickly and a suggestion made on one to save me some money. I've never been to Glenview, so it was nice to stumble across this store. Definitely give it a look!!

Guys looking for a jeweler to buy an engagement ring for that special someone in their lives, look no farther than Cy Fredrics. I must have visited over 15 jewelers and nothing came close to the service and quality I received at Cy Fredrics. I worked with Dustin the whole time and he was an absolute joy to work with, he knew exactly what I wanted and he stopped at nothing to make sure he found what I was looking for. If there was ever the slightest hesitation by me on a stone he stopped me and said it wasn't the one...he needed to find the perfect one for me....no pressure at all from him to try and sell me just any diamond. Boy did he find me the perfect stone too at exactly the price point I wanted, it took my fiance's breath away when she saw it. I also had seen a band on a website that I had liked and asked Dustin if it was possible to make...not only did he make it but made it look even better! On top of all this he said I could get a personalized engraving inside the band at no extra cost! We will definitely be going back to Dustin to create our wedding bands! I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was with Dustin and Cy Fredrics, I absolutely recommend them to every guy out there who is wondering where to find the perfect ring for their special someone.

I purchased an engagement ring from Cy Fredrics and my wife and I returned to purchase our wedding bands. When I started the process, I was pretty ignorant about jewelry and I felt very vulnerable, especially given the amount of money involved. Cy Fredrics' employees were very patient with me and they took the time to fully explain how I could get the best value for my money. They gave expert advice and knowledgeable opinions, but they also listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. They weren't pushy at all and they really wanted to make sure we would love the jewelry we ended up with, which we certainly do! I definitely felt like I was treated right and I am very happy with the entire experience!

My boyfriend recently bought me a watch at CY Fredrics and I was extremely satisfied with our experience there. Even though they did not have the specific watch I wanted at the time, they were happy to order it for me. They even offered to order a couple different styles for me so I could see each one in person and decide which I liked the best. The watch came in a few weeks later but did not take long at all compared to other stores that I have dealt with. The service was great and we were called immediately when the watch arrived at the store. I highly recommend CY's to anyone because of their immense and high quality selection of watches and jewelry and because their service was more than I could ask for, I will definitely do all my watch and jewelry buying through CY Fredrics in the future!
