Macy’s in Northbrook has amazing selection of shoes for women great selection for formal dresses as well anytime I’ve ever looking for a amazing dress I know that I will find it at Macy’s in Northbrook it’s definitely worth the drive for me because they never let me down but I also have a six-year-old daughter and I have to say  I am not Impressed with the children’s department also in the children’s department it always seems like you can’t get somebody to help you out but shopping for adults I definitely recommend shopping for children I recommend going elsewhere

Macy’s has good collection of clothing.. I love it ..  but I travelled all the way to Chicago to go Macy’s . They should open branches in Nebraska too ..

Waiting 20 minutes to get assistance at Macys cologne department. Could be longer.... Writing this review as I'm standing here. So far asked 4 people for assistance and they are all busy

They use bait and switch for their promotions. Everything I bought in this section was excluded from the sale, even though every rack has the 30% off sign. They explained to me that a code in the price should have indicated to me that it was excluded.  The manager was rude to my wife and the associate was sarcastic to me when I tried to get an explanation.
