I purchased 6 items about 3-4days ago and told her to wrap for present. However today we we opened all the Christmas wrapping with my daughter, there were only 5 items. I couldn’t believe it. Now do I have to go and talk to them? Why should customer have to go through this? Next time I will buy all in online store or other store. I’m so disappointed.

I met Holly, the store owner, and she was amazing! Laura E helped me pick some rings and I love my rings so much I don't want to take them off. Laura helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She had a lot of patience because I couldn't make up my mind. Thank you Laura E for all your help! Laura E always helps my mom pick her charms and gives the best experience ever! Thank you Holly for such wonderful women. Recently, received a thank card from Laura E thanking me for shopping at Pandora! Love those women!

No problems with customer service, after deflecting the typical up-sell. Very large store & selection. Helpful at picking the appropriate bead for the occasion. Was there during off-peak hours, so I can see how they may get swamped at peaks if understaffed.

ZERO ...... Ordered something from this store for a gift, was told it would be there in 2 weeks.  One month has gone by, no notice from store, no call backs, no nothing.  WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
